Hexagon 2 introduces high-level tools, like the geometry displacement brushes, instant ambient occlusion, real-time shadow display and more.

Displacement modeling adds very fine details to your models, which means a dense geometry and a high polygon count (can be much higher than 1 Million polygons). This requires enough RAM to handle high number of polygons.

Advanced real-time display, including "normal maps" which simulates detailed relief, requires highly-capable graphic boards, with enough video RAM and multi-texture channels capabilities.

Although Hexagon 2 has been specially designed and dramatically optimized to handle high-polygon count models and ultra-fast rich 3D display, we recommend using a system with appropriate system RAM and a 3D graphic board in order to get optimal performances, and no display troubles.
